Guest Guidelines for Pinkey Homes Stays


  • Contact Us Anytime: For questions, emergencies, or support, reach our 24/7 team via APP or 0434 961 122. We're here to ensure a great stay

  • Self Check-In Process: We provide convenient self check-in via key lockbox or smart lock. Detailed step-by-step instructions, including photos and maps, will be emailed 24-48 hours before arrival. Follow them carefully for smooth entry.

  • No Smoking Policy: Smoking (including e-cigarettes, cannabis, or tobacco) is strictly prohibited indoors or on balconies. Violations may result in high fines and possible eviction.

  • No Parties or Events: Large gatherings, loud music, or disruptive activities are not allowed to respect neighbours and avoid damage. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

  • Occupancy Limits: Stick to the number of guests specified in your booking. Unauthorised guests may incur extra fees or lead to cancellation.

  • Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted unless pre-approved in the listing. Service animals are accommodated per Australian law.

  • Cleanliness and Trash: Keep the property tidy and dispose of waste in designated bins. Excessive mess may lead to additional cleaning charges (AU$100-300).

  • Reporting Issues: Notify us immediately of any damages, accidents, or maintenance needs via phone or email to avoid liability.

  • Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety rules, such as not tampering with smoke alarms, and comply with local Adelaide laws—no illegal activities or hazardous items. In cases of natural disasters, fires, or force majeure events, we are not liable for any losses or disruptions.

  • Guest Rights and Obligations: You have the right to a clean, safe space as described, with prompt issue resolution. In return, treat the property respectfully, report problems quickly, and acknowledge that we disclaim liability for personal harm, theft, or uncontrollable events to minimize risks for all parties.
